About me and my practice
I am an integrative therapist and I mainly draw from the principles of Person-Centred Counselling, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Emotion / Trauma Focused Theory. I tailor my approach to each individual's needs. My areas of expertise include; issues with self-worth and identity, anxiety disorders, infertility, depression, sexuality, relationship difficulties, ex military clients, student issues and trauma.
